Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau will use the personal data collected in this form exclusively for processing your subscription and sending philatelic news, information of other services or products.
Minimum Subscription: value corresponding to one Set of Stamps and Souvenir Sheet or MOP400.00
The Postage corresponds to 10% of the subscribed plan value, with the minimum amount of MOP90.00. However is free for:
1. Macao Collectors;
2. Collectors which plan values are equal or over MOP2,500.00 for PRC (mainland), Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan, MOP3,000.00 for Zone 1 (*) / Zone 2 (*) and MOP3,500.00 for Zone 3 (*).

Plastic Bag Charge
The plastic bag charge is an estimated amount and is considered as plastic bag deposit which should be paid in full amount when renewing the annual subscription - MOP20 for delivery according to the plan of CTT, and MOP5 for yearly delivery. After all the products of the current year have been mailed, the balance of the plastic bag deposit will be transferred to the following year’s subscription plan. For customers not renewing their subscription, the balance will be settled according to No.14 of the Regulations for Subscription of a Philatelic Collector’s Plan.
Payment Method:
1. Cash payment at Post Office counters - only MOP is acceptable.
2. The cheque should be payable to "Direcção dos Serviços de Correios e Telecomunicações, Subscrições de Filatelia".
  1. Additional values should be added as Bank Charges:
    MOP40.00 - cheques in HKD
    MOP200.00 - cheques in other currencies
3. Bank Transfer should be made into one of the accounts: "Direcção dos Serviços de Correios e Telecomunicações, Subscrições de Filatelia", No.180101207809882 at the Bank of China, Av. Dr. Mario Soares - Macao, or No.9000028586 at Banco Nacional Ultramarino, Av. Almeida Ribeiro - Macao.
4. Online purchase can be paid by using the credit cards of VISA or Mastercard, Union Pay Online Payment Service, BOC net, ICBC ePay, Wechat Pay, Alipay or BNU Online Banking Service.
