Hereby the terms and conditions for ordering Macao Philatelic products:

1. Order
   1. Customer has to complete the form or other means of application with correct and complete information to place an order.
   2. The minimum order value is MOP10.00. (for Online Purchase only)
   3. The maximum order value is MOP20,000.00. (for Online Purchase only)
   4. The name provided by the customer when placing the order with us should be the same as in his/her identity document.
   5. The personal data supplied will be used for the purposes of (i) processing the order; (ii) dispatching the philatelic products in accordance with the order; (iii) maintaining our records relating to the order; (iv) sending promotional information; and/or (v) any purposes relating to any of the foregoing.
2. Order Delivery
   1. The philatelic products will be dispatched as soon as possible, after receiving the complete information and full payment, including registered postage (if applicable).
   2. Additional subscription will be considered as an individual order and, therefore, products value and other concerned fees have to be fully paid. This will be dispatched separately from any previous order.
3. Postage
   1. Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau has the right to review the postage fees from time to time without any prior notice.
   2. If the philatelic products are returned to Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau due to the reason caused by the customer, such as unclaims, rejected to receive, rejected to pay the custom fee or incorrect/incomplete address provided, etc, the customer has to pay the postage fee for re-sending the products.
4. Payment
   1. Payment can be carried out by using the Credit Card (VISA , Mastercard , American Express), Cheque or Bank Transfer.
   2. Online purchase can be paid by using the credit cards of VISA or Mastercard, Union Pay Online Payment Service, BOC net, ICBC ePay, Wechat Pay, Alipay or BNU Online Banking Service;
   3. Once the order approved, it is non-reversible and irrevocable.
5. Order Cancellation and Refund
   1. Requests for orders cancellation or alteration are not accepted.
   2. Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau reserves the right to cancel any paid orders due to unavailability of stock. Refund will be made within 30 days from the date of sending our notification. The refund amount is only limited to the amount that Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau has received for the order.
6. Philatelic Product Return and Exchange
   1. Customer should read carefully the philatelic product return and exchange terms of Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau before placing an order, and please note that the related terms are subject to revision from time to time. Customer is advised to check the terms and conditions regularly for any changes.
   2. For applying the return and exchange request, the philatelic product must be purchased through this website and is damaged, faulty or defective without any human factors caused by the customer. The returned philatelic product should match with the order.
   3. Customer should check the condition of the products upon receipt. If there is any damage, fault or defect, customer should have to notify Philately Division of Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau and request for return and exchange by written within 2 days upon the receipt.
   4. Customer submitted the request of return and exchange does not mean that Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau has agreed to accept the return or replace the related philatelic product. Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau will review the request upon the receipt and will inform the customer whether it is accepted or not.
   5. All relevant return charges and expenses shall be borne solely by the customer. In any case, Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau shall not compensate the customer for the return fees and expenses.
   6. Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau has the right to reject the return and exchange request if the related philatelic products are out of stock.
7. Liabilities
   1. Customer is the sole responsible for using this order service.
   2. Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau is not liable for any failure in the communications network supporting the Online Purchase service, nor for any damage or loss suffer as a consequence of such failure.
   3. Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau is not liable for any damage or loss of the products happened during the mailing process.
   4. If the customer does not receive the products for any reason, Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau will not be liable for any damage or loss during the returning process by the addressee post office.
   5. Customer is considered to agree the applied terms and conditions when placing an order through this website. If there is any amendment of the terms and conditions, customer is considered to accept all amendments when placing an order.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   1. This order service shall be governed by the present laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
   2. The courts of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning this order service and any matter arising from it.

Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice and not responsible to any claim whatsoever against Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau due to such alteration.
