In view of the spread of the Wuhan (China) pneumonia outbreak, in order to avoid the concentration of people as well as reduce the risk of spreading communicable diseases, after further consideration, Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau decides to postpone the issue of label stamp “Lunar Year of the Rat” which originally scheduled to be issued on 3^rd February, 2020. Further issue date will be announced at a later stage.
