In the design and issuance of philatelic products, Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau accomplishes in accordance with the following three guidelines:
Themes Diversity
Themes are drawn from Chinese culture, local customs, international events, science and technology. Themes are being diversified and commemorative.
Credibility and Responsibility
The stamps quantity to be issued is announced in advance in the Official Gazette of the Macao Special Administrative Region. It will not be changed even if the stamps are sold out quickly. At the same time, we will persist in promoting Chinese and local cultures, so that the stamps will serve as the "Macao Business Card" to demonstrate to the world the unique charm of Macao's multiculturalism between the East and the West.
Quality Control
Imposes stringent quality control, adopts modern and innovative printing techniques, designers are chosen with high caliber to participate in the conceptualization and design of stamps, souvenir sheets and other philatelic products.
